Cecil Dwyer
Cecil Dwyer is an Ontario Certified Teacher with more than 20 years of experience working with children and families. A French specialist, former French Immersion student and experienced educator, Cecil created Fluent Brain Academy around a simple idea: learning French in school is not the same as being able to use it in real life.
Fluent Brain Academy was created to help close that gap by giving children meaningful opportunities to speak, understand, problem-solve and interact in French beyond the classroom.
