Cecil Dwyer
Fluent Brain was founded by Cecil Dwyer, a certified Ontario educator with over 20 years of teaching experience and a degree in French Language and Literature. A French specialist who has taught within the French immersion system, and a former FI student himself, the program is built on deep familiarity with how students are evaluated and where performance gaps most often emerge.
